My name is Maciej Szulc. I am not an ordinary agency. You can think about me as your CMO, in-house PR manager or a project leader in the field of marketing, but hired for part-time or for achieving a strictly defined goal. Forget about time-consuming recruitment processes or legal formalities required by taking aboard new hires. In a first step I identify your needs, then I map your resources and consider potential difficulties and based on them I build an action plan. I invite other professionals to work with me on a project. In result you have a custom-made team suiting best your goals.

About me

For 17+ years I have been working for, with and/or within media. Starting my career as a journalist in opinion-building daily newspapers, last decade I spent in marketing & communication industry in Poland, Germany and Sweden. I have experience in developing and executing strategies, building successful teams and providing consultancy, both for startups and corporate organizations. I have been working directly with boards and/or upper management, observing organisations and business ecosystems with their eyes.

Today I work with companies and institutions, taking care of their communication and marketing projects. As an independent expert I cherry pick members for my team and external providers, depending on goals given and needs of my Clients.

In my approach, I combine close contact with them and fresh look from outside.
